TERMS OF SERVICE

I. General
- Make sure to be clear and concise with your intentions and provide as much reference as possible to streamline the commission progress
- I have the right to decline a commission if it does not align with the pricing outline I have provided.
- Please do not be rude when inquiring about a commission.II. Pricing and Refunds
- All commissions must be paid upfront! I will not start the commission until I receive the payment.
- Any extra character is charged 50% of the original commission price.
- Any extra details will be charged $20
- If a pricing plan is needed, please speak to me as soon as possible.
- Payment is received through ko-fi (for now).
- If a refund is absolutely needed, please contact me ASAP. If a refund is issued towards the end of a commission, I will keep 60% of the original payment.III. Progress
- There are 3 stages to my commission process (sketch, color, lineart) and have 4 chances to revise anything until each stage ends.
- I will be sending WIPs to the commissioner during each process. If the revision takes more than 4 changes, I will charge an extra $15 for each change. If the changes become too drastic, I have the right to cancel and refund the commission.
- Commissions may take up to 3 months depending on different factors like: order of which it was commissioned, work, or health issues. I will be responsible for notifying the commissioner immediately.IV. Usage and Copyright
- The commissioner is allowed to use the work personally and commercially in return by crediting the artist
- Reselling/redistributing my work without my permission is unacceptable in any way.
- I have the right to post the final product of the work unless stated otherwise in the initial commissioning stage.
- Please do not feed my work to AI or use it to promote NFTs as that is inconsiderate of my time and effort for creating the artwork.V. What the Artist will Draw
